The LEAX Group is a Swedish machine industry company specialising in the car, heavy commerical vehicle, general engineering and mining and construction industries. In 2015, the LEAX's CEO declared "Iran used to be a very good market for Volvo and Scania and we are a major supplier to the truck industry and Iranian officials wants to join a venture co-operation and we are open both in Tehran and Tabriz". In the same time, LEAX's CEO said he had several business meetings with local players such as Iran Khodro Industrial Group and SAIPA during his stay in Tehran. Currently, there are no more informations about a potential cooperation between the two industries.
