Sandvik is a Swedish multinational engineering company specializing in products and services for mining, rock excavation, rock drilling, rock processing, metal cutting and machining. In 2010 Sandvik signed an agreement with the Iranian Pars Oil & Gas Company to provide equipment for the development of the South Pars gas field. Sandvik, now operating as IPCO, appears to have recently removed its Iran webpage. But its products still appears on iranians websites, such as the one of the Metal Tools Industry or the one of Iran Roshan Sanat Company that indicates that it is the official distributor of Sandvik in the Tehran-South.

Atlas Copco is a Swedish industry specializing in compressed air and gas equipment, industrial tools and assembly solutions, mobile compressors, pumps, and generators, industrial vacuum equipment, rental equipment, as well as service and maintenance. Atlas Copco is one of Sweden's largest MNCs with over 40 000 employees and span worldwide across 90 countries. The firm entered Iran in the 1940's and during the establishment years, this was done through a local agent. During the 1960's they used a distributor which they shared in cooperation with other Swedish MNCs in Iran, the Irano-Swedish Corporation.
Around the 2000's, an " Atlas Copco Iran AB Company " is registered in Tehran. Since, the Atlas Copco Craelius, a division within the Atlas Copco Group, received a major order valued at almost SEK 100 million from Iran Water & Power Resources Development Company (IWPC).
Currently, Atlas Copco is an approved manufacturer by the National Petrochemical Company and the Ministry of Petroleum Approved Foreign Manufacturer List.
